Twins At Week 8

I was about 8 1/2 weeks pregnant at this ultrasound. I'm a high risk pregnancy so I see the doctor every 2 weeks. I see the doctor tomorrow for another ultrasound. It will be week 12 1/2 ultrasound.

I'm going to be 8 weeks in 3 days. We had to go through IVF and when they did my first ultra at 6 weeks only one embryo showed up with no heart beat and nurse said it was a little too small. Then when I went back the following week my embryo was slightly bigger with a soft heart beat but I could see it clearly but when doc kept digging she found another embryo with a super loud heart beat but very small.
She said at week 8 if they don't grow to a normal size that mean they no healthy :(
I truly believe in my heart they will grow eventually.
Does this happened to anyone before?

Im currently 15 weeks pregnant with twins, and my first few ultrasounds one sac was larger than the other, they eventrually both evened out, they are the same size now....good luck.

ps i am also high risk as i only have half a uterus, and now with twins im super high risk

How are things going? I am very curious because your u/s looks like mine (one smaller than the other) and I am very concerned.
