Twins 4 Weeks 6 Days Ultrasound

This was taken at 4 weeks 6 days. I actually told my doctor that all I wanted her to tell me from the ultrasound was that I wasn't having twins. I was totally joking and then we looked at the screen! I am going to have another one next week to confirm. I already have an almost 3 year old. I'm not gonna lie, I am freaking out a little.
