I'm almost 31 weeks and I can relate to some of your discomfort. I'm having sleepless nights due to constant position changing. Pregnancy pillows help alot! And I try do as much possible back stretches everyday. Minimize as much straining housework as possible that take a toll on the back. And yes pillows behind your back while u rest on the bed or couch help lots :) hope things go smooth for you :)

Take care. by: Tammy
I'm 31 weeks along too and having alot of back pain. Alot of changing positions while sleeping and warm baths really helps. Take care, time will go by fast.

keep up! by: jaycee
keep in good spirits because you will get bigger, I am 36 weeks, 2 more to go at least and already 60" inches around with b/g twins....try resting on a lazboy chair with a pillow on your lower back, it helps for back pain, god bless you and take care

I know what you mean!!! I am 31 weeks and the pain is horrible. It wasn't anything like this with my son, not even in the last month and he was a 9lb baby.
