Scared But Hopeful...

I am 13 weeks now but found out @ 6 wks that i am having triplets with a mono/mono twins. The doctor gave me the option of aborting the mono/mono but that was not an option for us. i am scared of the fact that the cords could get tangled up but still very hopeful for a bright outcome.

I just found out the same thing! Triplets, with momo twins. We are very nervous. There is a big part of us that wants to terminate the twins and let the single baby continue on. But I just cant do it. Prayers for you!

I am also having triplets (MoMo Twins and one other) I am 7 weeks now and very scared. The doctors all seem so nervous that I can take no comfort in "been in their capable hands" The MoMo twins are such a risky pregnancy on their own and with a third to further complicate it I am finding it very difficult to be possitive!

My mono-mono twin boys are nearly 21. In utero diagnosis was nearly impossible back then, so we didn't learn about their situation until delivery. Although two pounds different in birth weight (5.5, 7.5 lb), they were and always have been perfectly healthy boys. So, keep a positive outlook, and try not to let anxiety interfere with your emotional health at this special time.
