I'm Worried About Bed Rest

How many of you were put on bed rest and at what point in your pregnancy?

I'm so concerned about bed rest. My high risk Dr. has moved my appointments to every two weeks instead of once a month and they are really concentrating on my cervix. Every time I ask they tell me everything is in normal range. Baby A's placenta has been resting on my cervix about 1 cm away. They said they like it to be 2 cm away but that it shouldn't be an issue. Also I cramp when I get up, and spot if I am on my feet for too long. No swelling or other discomforts. Off balance, but I think I'm just not used to the bigger belly.
