I'm now 15wks with twins. Found out at the first ultrasound- they measured 7wks4days. waiting for my pics to be uploaded ;)
Twins don't run in either side of the family as far as I know. Stopped my BC at the end of November. Conceived on or around Christmas. From what I hear- the only way to KNOW whether twins are identical or fraternal is by DNA testing.
I did however read a research article suggesting stopping BC can make you drop 2+ eggs at once, making fraternal twins. Midwife said it was rubbish but it's my theory! lol
