Best Double Jogging Stroller?

Wondering if anyone had an opinion on the best double jogging stroller for the best price. Twins are due in October and was looking for one that would be easy for walks on the beach. Thanks for any help.

For a stroller for the beach you will want a rough-terrain one that is shaped like a tricycle. Tike Tech All Terrain X3 Sport is a good one.
