Amy's Twins at 4 Weeks after IVF

My wife and I just completed IVF and it appears we are having twins. The Doctor told us that she could get very good information on one baby but not the second. But we believe it is twins. We are so very pleased and will update next week on second sonogram.

how is amy making out? i just found out i am pregnant with twins. i am 41 days pregnant today and had my first ultrasound pix and it looks just like yours! my doc said he sees one yolk sac in the smaller embryo but didnt see one in the bigger embryo yet. he said it was still early. it was done at 5wks and 2 days. i go back this thursday for another ultrasound to see if the one is showing a yolk sac yet or if it will be a vanishing twin.
how did you guys make out?? thanks!
