Almost 9 Weeks With Identical Twins!

This is my first pregnancy and, as many young girls always imagined, I would have twins! To our surprise after many dreams of twins, we confirmed that we indeed are having two! Both babies are alive and well! I can't wait to find out if they are boys or girls!!! I'm also glad to know I am showing early not just for eating too much! lol

Im also 10 weeks now with i denticals I am almost certain they share a placenta but their own sacs how exciting is this??

I am almost 9 weeks and just also found out i am having identical twins!! This is my second pregnancy and i was expecting one but not two! Still processing all this new information . A whirlwind of emotions right now , so scared but excited !

This picture looks just like mine. I wonder if mine are identical!!!! I have no idea yet!!! But I don't see two separate sacks!

My daughter went to the hospital about 4 weeks ago and was diagnosed with a blighted ovum. The doctor said that he could see a sac and placenta without a fetus in it. She was expected to to lose this within a couple of weeks. But still have all of the signs 9f pregnancy. She was continually having morning sickness and no bleeding. We finally made her go back to the doctor for a D&C when they told her she is expecting identical twins. After reading the complications that could happen such as TTTS we're all pretty nervous.How soon should we get in to see an OB?

I've tried to get pregnant for 15 years. Eight years ago I tried To conceive through a failed IVF that consequently lead to a nasty divorce. This year I recently remarried went on a honeymoon to Negril Jamaica and became Pregnant! I never missed a cycle. I became very nausea and hungry. I went to my physician and found out I was six months 4 days pregnant with....twins👶🏽👶🏽. I may be like Sarah in the bible but I've been blessed with what money cannot buy....motherhood even with a block tube and fibroids

I'm 7.5 weeks pregnant doc said you mono mono twins and after two weeks later they said single baby ????? I don't know how

I found out i was having twins at 9 weeks pregnant. The doc couldn't tell if they were in the same sac or not but they don't want me to come back until 4 weeks from now!?!?! It's driving me crazy I just want to know if the they are in separate sacs so I can have a piece of mind! I'm so worried and constantly trying to find other woman on the internet that have a 9 week ultrasound of identical twins is very hard!

The first day I miss my menstruation period I knew I am pregnant but this pregnancy is not planted. Our first baby really surprised us but double the surprise when my Ob told me I was pregnant after she give my PT and it turns posetive..she told me to have ultrasound as soon as possible to see if the baby is ok...a week after my first checkup that is nov. 3, 2011,sonogram taken, we're filled with joy I'm having a twin with two yolk sac and suggestive for a monochorionic-diamnionic twinning...congratulation to us all...way to another kind of exciting parenting... :-)

 8 weeks pregnant with TWINS

I'm 8 weeks pregnant with TWINS!! Found out 2 weeks ago. The Dr. said they are in the same sac,so they wanted me to come back in 2 weeks in hope that the sac had split. Went back yesterday and the sac had split but he could not find a heartbeat on one of the twins. I'm on bed rest until then because I had a small amount of bleeding. Praying that on Monday he will see both heartbeats.

went to my consultant for scan on thursday for routine scan,my little ones are great ,though twin 2 is hiding towards my right leg,did want to be measure.but the consultant said the are sharing water and blood equally.i also kn there sex but not telling my friends yet.

i ve told to be good and share things equally....hahaha
another scan in 2wks....will keep u posted and they will always be fine.

I've got this "feeling" that won't leave me alone... that I may be expecting twins. I've had 2 previous pregnancies and neither one of them was as INTENSE when it comes to constant nausea and fatigue. I do understand it's my 3rd but my belly looks like that of a 4-5month expectant mom, and I'm only 10wks. This next Wednesday we'll go for the 1st heartbeat ultrasound, my initial US was at 4wks thus no heart beat seen...
Did any of you go through any of this? Is it possible that I may just "KNOW it"???
I just found out that my grandfather's sister (from my mother's side) had fraternal twins....Now, I'm not sure if this would matter or not, but my husband's grandfather was a twin (not sure if fraternal or identical)....

hi everyone , i am having twins too .gyn couldn't find it identical or fraternal .i hope my babies ok now i am 9 weeks .i am having full day sickness .i hope it will go away at 4 months .thank God .

woke up 2days in a row and was having pain on one side of my lower abdomen running toward oeside of my back ,was really scarde,run to my doctor bc i was 10wk .i was cleared of urine infection and only thing they could think of is ectopic pregnancy.so they referred to have a quickk scan immediately.

i got to the room,they were doing the scann through my cervix,i was very axcious watching the doctor,she was smiling and told me she has a suprise for me.......i was like what .....u are having set of twins.....omg i was over the moon,tears of joy all over me.i cant beleive i m having twin though my sis had set of twin.

they ve there own sac,so thats good,cant wait to find out if they are identical or fraternal

After 2 years of trying to get pregnant i find out on dec 20 2010 we are having a baby. Went to my 1st doc app at 9 weeks pregant and supprise its twins!! They are my 1st so very scard but very happy at the same time its truely a blessing!! I am now 16 weeks and having a boy and a girl!!!

after 3yrs of infertility and 2 m/c i threw the towel in May, found out i was pregnant in Oct.. Nov. 1st ultrasound showed two babies and one sac. WOW! I always wanted twins"blessings"

I am 7 weeks pregnant and kept having this crazy feeling it was twins too. Went to doctor yesterday and it really was twins! They look like they share the same sac too which makes me nervous but I go back in 2 weeks to double check...I have 2 other kids and this is it. Guess well go out with a bang ..its going to be crazy and amazing! !

I am having Mono/Di twins. I am only 8 weeks ...we found out tues at our ultra sound appt.!!!!!! Such a blessing! We are scared and happy at the same time. I am a 2 1/2 year old little girl and know what to do with one...carrying two is a whole new ball game!!!!!!

My daughter found out she was having twins at about 5 weeks. The concern was that they were mono-mono. But at 13 weeks they were finally able to see the membrane that meant they were mono-di. I know your concerns, but hang in there. My research showed that sometimes it isn't detected until much later. Will keep good thoughts for you!

Congratulations!! I just found out today I too am having twins. They share the same placenta, my sonogram picture looks just like yours, but my doctor is wondering if they share the same sac? I go back in two weeks to see whether or not they do. Pray with me everyone that they have each their own sac as this will take me out of the high risk arena.

congrats on having twins. I believe I am about 6 weeks pregnant. I go to my first prenatal appt tomorrow. I keep thinking that I'm having twins for some reason and I keep dreaming about it too. I know that hunger is normal for pregnancy but is it normal to hardly ever be full??? 15 minutes after I eat a big meal I'm hungry again! Is this a symptom for having twins???

OMG, I just found out I was having twins today. Its crazy because I woke up this morning at 5 am for a bathroom run after a dream that I was having twins and told my husbbandbabe we're having twins and he looked at me like you're crazy. Then at the doctors office this evening they said heartbeat 1 and theres heartbeat 2!!! Identical twins too, but I'm only at about 7.5 weeks. Congrats!
