5th Pregnancy - Early Symptoms With Twins?

So this is my 5th pregnancy...I am only 5 weeks preggo. For the past 2 weeks I have been super tired, always hungry and just recently started getting lower back pain and slight cramping. This has never happened so soon with my other 4 pregnancies. Symptoms for me usually start at maybe 3-4 months. I have this feeling it might be twins and I am making myself super excited lol! Has anyone experienced these early symptoms with twins?

This is my 5th pregnancy. I tested at 3 weeks post conception, with a faint but clear positive. Within that 3rd week the morning sickness started, its worse at night. The morning sickness was bad with all of my pregnancies but never so soon .I also have tender,enlarged breasts, that I also never had soo early in. During these coronavirus times, I am in no hurry to make an appointment but I hear these are symptoms of twins. I am currently 10 weeks and definitely showing already.. what are the chances though? Twins aren't heard of on either of our families sides.

This is my 5th pregnancy I have ballooned I think I'm about 10weeks my boobs are really sore and have already gone 2 cup sizes bigger can not fit in any of my jeans no morning sickness but very emotional and my aunt keeps telling me twins. could it be?

I am current 9 weeks pregnant with 4 previous children which my last I just had a couple months ago but I also wonder @m I having twins,,they don't run on either side of me or my spouse but my spouse does has prior twins with another woman,,so idk I feel awful everyday I'm not sure if its do to me having the others lack of appetite or pure stress,,,what are the odds

I'm now pregnant with my second set of di/di twins. I noticed my belly was getting bigger at 4 weeks, my joints are looser and I have never been so hungry in my life! I've had a lot of mild uterine cramping, no spotting but so much more than the last pregnancy. I've also had a lot of round ligament pain that is supposed to start later in pregnancy. Luckily, I haven't had much morning sickness either pregnancy as long as I don't let myself get too hungry. I've read that if you take in extra vitamin B6 that it can help lessen morning sickness. Figs and nutritional yeast (which I love) are quiet high in B6.

I am a little over 6 weeks pregnant with twins and have horrible morning sickness all day long! At 5 weeks I had back pain and exaggerated hunger every two hours. The morning sickness just hit 3 days ago....and it hit hard! This is my first pregnancy, so I have nothing to compare my symptoms to, but yours sound similar to what mine were at 5 weeks. I'm scared to death to have two...but blessed as well.

Just found out yesterday that we are having twins! We used IUI and must have been somewhat overstimulated because they are fraternal, seperate sacks! Crazyness! This is my first pregnancy too! I feel like I'm showing already and really just have trouble sleeping right now. I feel pretty well, no morning sickness, yet. We go back next week for my 7 week ultrasound, hopefully we'll be able to HEAR the heartbeat instead of just seeing them!

I am 6 weeks preggers with twins and I am experiencing the same symptoms as you. We just heard the heart beat and the babies look fine.
