5 Weeks Identical Twins Ultrasound Image

I have 4 children and we decided to have 1 more baby and now it's 2. We weren't able to see the heart beats yet. This u/s was on 12/17/09 at 5 weeks 2 days. I have an appointment on 12/31/09 to see the heartbeats. I'm so anxious. Anyone's looked like this...or are they behind??
