37 Weeks - 4 Days (boy/girl) Inducement Day!

Went in to be induced at 37wks-4days. Boy/girl twins born 7lbs/6lbs. Vaginal birth, second born-boy, was 7lbs and footling breech! Babies born 10 minutes apart in the operating room, but didn't need a C-section. 2 minutes before the girl was born, they were both head down. Both were 100% healthy! I gained 55lbs. 2.5wks later now, and down 35lbs! Started at 125lbs. I walked all the time til the end, and drank lots of water, felt great the whole pregnancy!

Wow congradz to u man. I'm also carrying twins but not sure of the sex as yet. I'm hoping its 2 girls. I'm 16 weeks today and can't wait till I go in to give birth. All the best to and your little bundle of joys.

Well done on your vaginal birth, I love hearing these stories. My twin boys were born at 37 weeks one day. Vaginal, unmedicated birth. Baby A was born in the water, baby B was born 5 and a half hours later. He was born footling breach. Such a wonderful empowering experience.

Kudos for the vaginal birth! We have girl twins ( a complete surprise). I carried them 38 weeks and 1 day. The day we were scheduled to be induced my water broke! I was in labor for 28 hours ( first pregnacy/delivery) and delivered two beautiful baby girls vaginally 16 minutes apart.
