3 Year Old Twins Demanding All the Time

I have 3 year old twin girls who are very demanding, all they want is me and I have to do everything for them (ie bum changes, getting them this and getting them that). They won't listen to me, one of them is more attention seeking than the other.

When will this end and what can I do to get some peace. They are disinterested in toys and seem to just want to wreck things and follow me around like a lamb.
